Hurrem Anointing Oil lies somewhere between an elixir and a perfume oil ~ not really meant for use on the face, but can be used to moisturize the neck and decollete, and really nicely scented so that it can be used as a light perfume.
Anoint the skin behind your ears, at your wrists, the inside of your elbow, the backs of your knees. This is a beautifully scented nuzzling oil made in organic jojoba, virgin olive and virgin organic coconut oils, and scented lemon, pink pepper, cilantro, ho wood, palmarosa, geranium, petitgrain, oakmoss, mountain misery, Himalayan cedarwood, muhuhu, ambrette and patchouli.
As you may have noticed, none of The Scented Djinn scrubs are -- um -- scented. They're dry scrubs, most of them, and that's to protect the integrity of the scrub. You add the honey, the floral hydrosol, the water, the oil, to create your own unique experience.
This little scrub is made with some great ingredients I found, loads of organic cane sugar, some Anardano pomegranate powder (fresh, fresh, fresh!), pretty little dried blue violets ground to a fine powder, and more of that great, sparkling purple forbidden rice.
Made with extra virgin olive oil, virgin coconut oil, mango butter, Bolivian rose salt, Moroccan red clay, coconut milk, and scented with vetyver and a little bit of pink grapefruit essential oils.
I made this one for my friend who has acne and has been treating it with medication from a doctor and some over-the-counter stuff that smells awful, but when I gave her a sliver of Anastasia's salt soap (over at eleneetha's shop at Etsy), she washed with it and within two days, the acne cleared up again! Without the meds and the stinky drug store stuff. So she asked if I could make her a salt soap, and I said yeah, sure, no problem. Here's the soap, and yes, I'm saving a couple bars for my friend.
Another member of the Harem Skincare line here at The Scented Djinn Etsy Apothecary, Mahidevran Elixir is made in a base of organic pumpkin seed oil and extra virgin olive oil, with hints of vintage Mysore sandalwood and aged myrrh essential oil.
This is a totally new product made with loads of really great detoxifying ingredients ~ Bolivian rose salt (from the Andes mountains), dark, rich Arabica coffee freshly ground to retain all of its lovely oils and essence, blue juniper berries, and Moroccan red clay.
A great little foot scrub that doubles as a masque, just soak your feet in plain warm water for about 5 minutes, pour a little of the Bolivian Rose Salt & Juniper Foot Scrub into the palm of your hand, make a paste of it with some of your foot bath water, then rub it over the heels of your feet, between your toes, on the top of your feet, and let it sit there a bit, about a minute or two, then rinse it off and slather on some foot butter or coconut oil. Pretty, pretty feet!

Karima is made with virgin olive oil, organic coconut oil, organic cocoa butter, organic hemp seed oil, and essential oils and extracts of dark aged patchouli, creamy Himalayan cedarwood, muhuhu, elemi, hops, myrrh, artemesia and olive leaf extract.
